Though we recommend you make arrangements with us for you to take advantage of the free promotion and traffic, if you believe that any portion of the material contained in our network infringes your copyright, we will take appropriate action as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) if that is the route you want to take. Electronic notification must be submitted to the network administrator who's email can be found below this statement.
To be effective, the notification must contain the following information:
-An electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
-Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are being claimed to be infringed, a representative list of such works must be provided;
-Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit the administrator to locate the material;
-Information reasonably sufficient to permit the administator to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and/or an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
-A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
-A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Upon receipt of the notification containing the information outlined above, we will:
-Remove or disable access to the material that is alleged to be infringing;
-Forward the written notification to such alleged infringer;
-Take reasonable steps to promptly notify the alleged infringer that it was removed or disabled access to the material.
